Prices & Retainers

  • hourly rate for Mr. Shepherd - $500/hour
  • hourly rate for associate attorneys - $450/hour
  • hourly rate for paralegals - $225/hour
  • We require a starting retainer of $3,000 to secure representation consultations with Mr. Shepherd - 275 for 30 minutes or less, withy a majority of consultations never going over 30 minutes.
